What is Igloo Health?

Igloo Health is a wellness app that analyzes your biomarker results and lifestyle data to provide personalized insights. It is intended for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

How do I book a health check?

Open the Test tab, choose a pharmacy on the map, pick the check you want (e.g. Sugar Metabolism, Healthy Heart), and tap Add. You’ll be guided through booking and payment at the selected partner pharmacy.

Where do I see my results?

Open the Results tab. Biomarkers are grouped by Out of range and In range, and you can tap any biomarker (for example Vitamin D) to see history, reference ranges, and explanatory notes.

How do I export a PDF report?

From the Results tab tap the PDF icon in the top right. You can preview the report and share or download it. Reports include measurement dates, values, and reference ranges.

How is my health data protected?

Your biomarker and personal data are processed under our Privacy Policy. We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and limit access to authorized personnel. We do not sell your data.

How do I delete my account and data?

Send us an email at support@dx365.world from the address tied to your account, or with information that uniquely identifies your account. We’ll confirm deletion within 7 days.
